I've produced many pitch decks and investor presentations for the clients shown. I'd love to produce a one for you soon! Contact me for in-depth Marketing Deck, Presentations and Pitch Deck reviews if you'd like. As the nature of the pitch goes, a decks information is privately held and cannot be displayed on a public site unless displayed publicly by my clients.
A review of the Activate deck shown: "- gorgeous and simple -- the way more slide decks should look." - Dan Frommer, Business insider
A deck testimonial from Serious Eats: "Over only 3 or 4 days, Al worked around the clock to produce the Serious Eats general presentation- a vital piece of sales collateral. Al created an engaging deck that incorporated our brand messaging with beautiful animation and design to build a professional and exciting client presentation. I couldn't have done it without Al, his good eye for design, and his dedication and passion for the project." - Jennifer Weinberg - Senior Executive Director, Ad Sales Serious Eats
Branding/App: Gourmet Live
Art Director, Designer for the Condé Nast re-birth of Gourmet Magazine as the Gourmet Live App and Blog from scratch. I remained as Art Director and Designer for first 4 months of the publication after launch and helped train the permanent staff.
These are some of the covers and article guides for the apps. Creating a brand is one of the most fulfilling tasks I get to work on. In addition to that I was able to work on a product that involved cooking and food which I generally can't shut up about anyway.
The fencers club had not changed their image since they began in 1883. In 2012, I was hired to update 130 years of history. New logo, branding guidelines, the works!
When I was 4 I saw this documentary about logos and how they could be used to make people buy things. When I was riding in a supermarket cart later that day I saw how that actually worked! I went home and made a logo for my dog and haven't stopped making logos since. Your logo will be handled with the same care and love as Lucky's logo.

O/R Books is a small publisher in New York that required a simple and sleek design that could grow with their catalogue and hold an unlimited number of possibilities for page to page content. Behold that design!
The Waxman Strategies website is a HTML5/CSS driven one page site with many bells and whistles like inline drop downs, animated rollovers and static scrolling images.
Website: Good ToDo
The Good Todo site is focused on a high sign-up response rate using their updated branding colors and fonts. I made sure that visitors to the site could easily find the information they needed to sign-up with the least amount clicks possible.
Website: Tool Kits for Kids
Tool Kits for Kids is a great tool for helping kids deal with fear and confidence. I was hired to design the online identity, website and store.
Microsite: Harper's & The Balvenie
This brilliant tie in idea linking the most famous authors and faces to write for the centuries old magazine, Harpers and the unbelievably old and tasty Balvenie was built with the idea that it would be updated with new authors every month as long as the microsite ran.
Anheuser-Busch, ABInbev and Globscan hosted a 2013 Well-Being and Responsibility World Forum. It was a live online forum for the world. I was the Art Director/Designer hired to ensure brand identity and consistent design for the microsite .
I have designed, animated, written and consulted on thousands of banner ad campaigns. I aim for high conversion, eye catching movement and beautiful design.
Here are a few recent campaigns I've done. You can see a full portfolio of my banners and get more information on specific campaigns at my banner sites: Al Designs and Barack Obama Design.
Advertising: The President
I was art director/designer of the national banner ad campaign for the President of the United States in both the '08 and '12 presidential campaigns. My banner designs were consistently the highest performing in the online segment of the overall campaign. All of these banners were animated in flash, the static banners are shown here. To see the animations and get a lot more details on this project you can check out my site devoted to it at http://barackobamadesign.com.
